I have more than 25 years’ experience working across Australia, Asia, and the South Pacific.

I’ve had the privilege of leading People & Culture teams and delivering transformative workplace initiatives across diverse industries—from aerospace, manufacturing, and logistics to government and emergency services.

I’m passionate about partnering with organisations to design and implement practical, people-first solutions that foster respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultures.
